Appointments are booked online through the website only. This is the only accepted booking method. Phone calls are not used for scheduling. A contact number is provided only after confirmation for arrival coordination.

Private sessions in NDG-Loyola area are available Wednesday to Saturday, 2 PM–9 PM (last appointment)..

Due to unrelated professional commitments earlier in the day, session begins strictly at 2 PM—appointments are not available before this time and require advance booking.

Please note: I do not maintain a cancellation or waiting list. Any available appointments are offered through the regular booking process only.

All bookings, availability, and service selection are final and not subject to negotiation.

I respond only to booking requests that meet the availability, notice, and service guidelines listed on this site. Response time is 24–72 hours.

Requests submitted outside these guidelines, with incomplete or invalid contact details, or for services not offered will not receive a response.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee and may result in refusal of future bookings.

Repeated short-notice cancellations from new clients will result in declined future bookings.

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

Cash is the preferred method of payment.

PayPal payments are accepted for deposits only. PayPal allows payment by credit card or bank transfer (processed securely through PayPal). All PayPal payments must be fully processed and cleared a minimum of 2 business days prior to the appointment.

The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of the appointment.

Direct bank transfers and Interac e-Transfers are not accepted.

For new clients, a deposit may be required for late evening bookings and for clients with a prior cancellation history. Deposits must be completed in advance to confirm the appointment.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Pricing is all-inclusive (services and applicable taxes).

Insurance receipts are available only for eligible massage therapy sessions and are issued through a completed clinic form. Receipts reflect only the massage therapy portion of the session.

Tantric and other non-eligible services are not covered.

Any request to alter, misrepresent, or falsify insurance documentation will be refused and may result in refusal of future services.

A shower is available for a brief refresh.

Clients are encouraged to shower prior to arrival to maximize session time. Extended use of the shower will reduce session time accordingly.

No. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol use are not permitted before or during appointments.

Client privacy and confidentiality are strictly maintained. All information is handled with discretion and is never shared.

Sessions are conducted in a professional, private environment at all times.

Personal or inappropriate questions are not answered. Bookings may be declined or cancelled if boundaries are not respected.
